Discord isn’t necessary to participate, but we do feel that it adds a special layer of community to the experience. For info on joining us on Discord, check out this two-minute how-to video. The challenge is intended to be a community experience that offers additional support, resources, recommendations, and prompts beyond the app. You won’t see anything change in the game itself, but we hope that the additional resources and prompts on Discord will help you navigate with even more intention and a little extra community support along the way.
Yes! You can sign up for the mindfulness challenge at any point. We’d love to have you.
We encourage you to work through your chosen path throughout the challenge. At this point, you can’t change the path mid-challenge, though you can still complete any in-game mindfulness session that you like.
You can find the daily challenges on our Discord as well on the challenge page. Choose your path to discover the challenges for your journey. You’ll discover the prompts for your path in Discord, and they’ll be available in our Facebook community as well.
